This is the only platform where the recruiter have both advantages as well as disadvantages on his recruitment process. where once he head hunts a professional and maps his candidature and convince him and satisfy him with the opportunity, but on the other end once the professional does not get convince than the time spend on the process by the recruiter would have negative impression from their management
