Although it may seem counterintuitive, don't use exercise either to punish yourself for eating or to "earn" the right to eat more. "When you do, it sets up a negative thought pattern, which is why so many people say they hate to exercise. Instead, focus on how great you feel, how much better you sleep and how much more energy you have when you exercise. Physical activity is good for you whether you are trying to lose weight or not, so keep it positive and build a lifelong habit. |

Hello Deepak, You are perfectly right. In todays condition this is very much required. I feel good diet, physical work and good sleep will make a person healthy and in good in spirit.

You are right, Ravali. Physical activeness includes gardening, washing of car, cleaning by vacuum cleaner. Also you can do physical activity at work place by avoiding lift & use of staircase.
Also you can divide your exercise in small parts. For example : 20 min. in the morning & 20 min. in the evening. & please don't skip your exercise on holidays at any cost, as we want to give treat to our self on these days. You can eat the food as per your choice but it should be in smaller parts.
Physically being active makes a person more fit for day to day work. It controls obesity, diabetes II, prevents some cancers, improves function of heart, relieves stress and strain; and many more.

People even though this tip sounds simple, it has got more to do with diet. Many sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need. If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories. |

yes, it's very true. I think everyone must consume atleast 3 to 4 liters of water in a day so that it will detoxify your body.
70% of body is water. it is continuously lost in sweat, breath and urine. It needs replacement. A little dehydration may jeopardy function of brain to larger extent. Moreover, for excretion of waste product of body, those must be well dissolved. More than 2litres of water is recommended per day for an average built adult. Requirement may go high in hot climates.

Should maintain exact callorie of whole day foods and if rquested more or high callorie foods, just say no by moving your head to 'left' to 'right' |

Correct. Occasional high calorie may be taken, in special occasions. No harm. Gives flexibility.

- Avoiding excess oil , sugar and salt is the first main thing when it comes to Balanced Diet - Excess junk food and Road side eateries contain lots of salt and unclean oil which may rise up cholestral level for any one. - Eventhough modern day living style is forcing everyone to take food outside, always one needs to opt for a cafetria or restaurant which offers them food similar to their home mades. - One may not always think of economical and take unhygenic food . Sometimes quality also needs to be focused much. - Always induldge lots of fluids (juices and soups) in your diet and prefer salads without much chilli in it. _ Chaats , sweets and Ice creams are unavoidable . But better to make it once a week and not daily. - Too much of Non-veg may give you way towards all major diseases like Diabetis , B. P etc,. - Having proper sleep is also very important to relax and recharge your body. But not more than 7 hours. - Hitting GYM/aerobics atleast 4 times a week is sufficient for one to stay fit. But many people discontinue after 2-3 months only. - The above points may look common but beware The diseases which are arising nowadays may divert all your likes to dislikes at later ages. Better to adopt at early ages rather than paying ........... |

Food must be nutritious and balanced. Good thinking or positive thinking relieves stress and give good feeling.

If one is experiencing stress, more likely one does not want to eat when eating time come. If one skip meal at all, then he/she is punishing his/her body. When meal time is about to come, one must free his/her mind of all forms/kinds of stresses that the mind recognized before meal time. Eating the right food and quantity will make oneself fit and healthy. However, one must know the ideal body weight he/she must maintain, at his/her age and height, in order to keep fit and active. Observe eating foods in the "Food Pyramid." Exercise, as expert say, is good for the body. One must sweat in order to burn the excess calories one needs in his body. Any physical activity, for about 45 minutes, one enjoy doing while perspiring, will help the body maintain physical fitness.
