This has helped me. Not a big box just a small box with oats, dry fruits or pulses. It is healthy and makes you feel full. This si a simple way . For those who do not want to carry it all the time, they can keep the oats or dry fruits in their desks. |

In office drawers / safe, you can always keep a bit of snacks(walnut, Cashew,Bista, something like Haldiram's prepacked) to fill the gap between lunch & dinner. When feel like to munch, a few can be used. In case, your office is spacious , a mini fridge filled with fruits be maintained.

The best diet consists of salads - of vegetables and fruits. They not only give the required ingredients for a healthy lifestyle but also make us feel light and healthy. Eating them will not result in gaining weight - as with other foods. And the thinking also will become clearer.

Yes, this idea is also better mentioned by Raju sir. Either we should have take some healthy foods like fruits, salad, dryfruit, juice etc. which is better for our health. whenever we feel hungry, we should try to consume this type of food instead of samosa,vada pav,burger etc. junk food. If company is provide this facilities in their canteen during the break which is also better for company as well as employee...Thanks Bindu madam for referal

FIRST PREFERENCE SHOULD BE GIVEN TO RAW GROUNDNUTS, IF IN CASE HE/SHE LIKES SPICY FOOD THEN ROASTED GROUNDNUTS WITH SALT AND PEPPER JUXTAPOSED WOULD BE BEST.
SINCE GROUNDNUTS HELP TO INCREASE BLOOD PERCENTAGE IN THE BODY, WHICH IN TURN WILL BE USEFUL TO DONATE A BLOOD.

Add liquid diet which may include juices, shakes, etc which are also nutritious apart from taking lots of fruits ..

Juice up your meal, add a dash of salads to it and above all have them on time which most important for even if you have healthy food at different times, it will still end up causing harm. And dont forget to walk in your office if you are bound to a desk job.

Professionals should carry their tiffin box. because no matter from where you arranges your lunch it can not be as healthy as that prepared at home. And one more thing sometimes they do not have enough time to order lunch and take that. But if they have their lunch with them they can take that.
