This is what I really see in my company. Behving sweetly in front of a person and back stabbing comments on thier back. I want to say that some people have this talent so much that they even could not realize that few minutes back you have said wrong words to him and in few minutes you are so freindly with him, Its really irritating for those who tollerate this type of colleagues.

There's an expectancy of ethics & morale. When these are violated the trust factor is broken. this is Certainly not good for a workplace. Also, it affects transparency & doesn't help anybody - instead of hypocrisy providing objective feedback & willingness to discuss in person (1-on-1) should be encouraged.

I think criticizing every work and very often makes you irritated. You cannot concentrate on ur work because of that. The atmoshphere should be cordial and friendly only then u can work.

Criticizing , some time will work as a booster, but if it is happening for each &
every action, then irritation will be there.
I support this idea.

Yes this can be irritating. There are few things you can criticize but criticizing almost anything thing and everything is so NO-NO... one of my collegue used to criticize th office, our manager, the food, coffee, her system... even the pen and notepad! |

A few many have the habit of talking loudly while on a call in his or her mobile. It seems the speaker does not need the support of the gadget to get his speech across to the listener oblivious of the fact that his/her voice has the power to disrupt the concentration of the persons around him/her. |
