When intevieving any best sales person formulate two case studies which cover attitude, speech, creativity, identify customer, identify needs of cvustomer, presentation, sales closing techniques & leadership.

In my opinion the performance of the different candidates should be analyzed and they should be compared with each other. Some candidate might be strong in certain areas than others. This help in hiring the right person needed for the organization.

Fit interview should be conducted

I think apart from the fit interview there should be behavioral interview which is formal with structured questions. here candidates should be asked questions related to the organizations core competencies or leadership principles which is very important in sales sector. Each sales manager should use the list and ask each candidate the same questions and analyze the answers and should select the best one.
