I think apart from the fit interview there should be behavioral interview which is formal with structured questions. here candidates should be asked questions related to the organizations core competencies or leadership principles which is very important in sales sector. Each sales manager should use the list and ask each candidate the same questions and analyze the answers and should select the best one. |
