for us HR people should be rewarded in any shape for working with the recruitment agencies by the same agencies as the companies are doing for their recritment process to their HR persons. for us this should be properly known to the company also. this is coz of the reason that maximum of the best consultants can come in front and to beat the competions HR will have to put least efforts as the agencies will have to. |
