A woman has lot of sensitivity and she can be a goos counsellor even without a degree.. We need to encourage them to work for such NGOs where she can use her caring attitude and lead to wellfare of all those who are suffering in a way or other.. |

There is a saying: 'A wife is the Psychologist provided free of cost by Nature'. Probably the reason why they like to talk a lot. From caveman times, women had to take care of the small ones at home so that the family can grow. Thus by applying the same logic to companies, it is very much possible that they can contribute to the growth of the organization in a large way.

Basically women are better administrators in arriving good decision making by their sheer patience to run their families in a effective way and by virtue of experience as daughters,sisters,mothers,mother-in-laws, and grand-mothers [ their life phase] they are capable to establish or destroy. They are having some sort of inference arriving capacity by birth which is given by Gog to them. While administrating their families, they are Home Ministers and Finance Ministers. Hence they are very good in the governance of families. Therefore, when they keep their families good and all other nearby families become good which in turn make the entire village or society good. Their dedication, patience,sacrificing nature, and loving nature contributes a lot for the betterment of our society. Thanks for the referral Ms.Archana Singh. |

Women are important conduit in between the husband and the other family members. She can make or mar the peace in family and social environment. If she can keep the husband positive for the society and the family she can promote a very congenial society and social good. A highly critical women spoils the strength of her husband and drags him away from the family. He then spends his major time outside of the family and in the company of undesirable people. If she can act to keep the husband tuned to his family welfare he is liked by others in the society as well. He may be instrumental to a forming and maintaining a good society.

there is nothing like that, whatever we learn, we learned it within the society we grow up, look at the Indians living in other countries example, Caribbeans, they are Indians and from the Indian perspective they have lost their culture and tradition which the Indians are so proud of and will lament that without giving a single thought to how these Indians of Caribbeans were able to mingle with the blacks and Hispanic people. i do not believe in the institution of marriage as it is an agreement signed by both the sexes to show the society that we are now ready to copulate and produce offspring. Both the sexes are equal, I do not have a problem if my partner wants to keep her own surname intact even after marriage and at last I would suggest you all to watch "BRAIN SEX", it is about human behavior both male and female and it is worth watching if anybody wants to know more of "HUMAN BEHAVIOR"AND THIS IS THE LINK-www.truththeory.org

I really surprise, women argue that they are second to none and proving it time and again. Surprisingly, most of the questions expressing doubt about their own abilities are from women. I believe that though they have every quality on par with their opposite sex, what they require a little bit confidence.
