Value definition

idea posted by Meena Deshmukh Product/Brand Manager, Videocon Inds

In my view, customers who demand the total experience have redefined the value proposition. They leave little or no room for error and they want to be satisfied at every touch point. They expect Value for what they pay.

Increased awareness

idea posted by Manish Gupta Zonal Manager, North & East-Water Purifier Business, TATA Chemicals Limited

Accessibility and exposure to different forms of media has increased the levels of awareness.

The customer now-a-days is in sync with the technolgical developments and/or the options available. (S)he would also like to be a part of the innovator segment and try to be amongst the first ones to experience the product. Even if (s)he has not been able to experience the product, chances are high that the awareness quotient for the product is relatively high
