What the brands need to communicate is the fact that what they stand for in terms of the need of the consumer is specific to the consumers utility expectations and affordability criterion!! Beyond that the brand has to liveto its promise of delivery all the time. I do not see consumers not being friends with brands that affords them the attitude and the satisfaction of possession!!
