I agree completely with what you wrote, that why I placed this topic. "The right man at the right place" is a key. That's why I'm convinced Morphopsycholgy is a great tool to acheive such a goal.

maintaining the order,i.e,placing the right the people on the right place ,plays a crucial part when it comes to enhancing the productivity through manpower .manpower planning should be skill based ,this way,specialisation can be created for a particular job in an organisational structure.so,understanding a employees capabilities can be the way to build the company's HR brand.it could add to company's goodwill when it have a reputation of creating experts of a field .

When your company is in the great place then your employees are said to be branded. So during this time your employees will have a huge demand from other companies. So we should focus on the best talents in our company and retain them. There are some important areas where we should focus to retain our employees they are the employee experience, make your employees' experience unique , take care of them in the tough times. This will help to be ahead in the talent war.

To know an employee his or her capabilities is the foremost duty of the HR manager. His efficiency can can be tested through the  daily routineworks and correctness of information followed up the line. The best comes out when the employee is put under pressure and comes out with the same result, this is probably the litmus test to know your employee.

I'm not sure that pressure leads emmployes to do their best. For some people it paralyses them and destroy their personality. Understand and help, though it take qome more time, can be be more efficient for the long term.

Employee appreciation and recognition contributes to a positive and productive work environment which helps to retain your employees. Creating a positive and productive corporate cultural will lead to employee satisfaction. Employees who work in the organizations will tend to feel increased loyalty and a real sense of belonging. So this will help in retaining the existing employees.

In most of the companies, Exit Strategy is given least importance. But it is very important from the HR division to conduct a well managed Exit of an employee. This act really makes a big difference in branding and debranding a company among employees or candidates yet to join that company. For example, if a candidate leaves the company, if he does not get his PF on time, or experience letter, releiving letter etc on time, the candidate will get pissed off and he will give a bad name about the company when he talks to his friends or colleagues. If a candidate is about to join this company and asks that employee's opinion about the company, naturally he will speak the worst part, so the candidate would go for a second thought.
