Every now and then prominent people from west complain that their jobs are getting Bangalored, meaning all the jobs are outsourced to India and Bangalore attracts most number of outsourcing projects in India, first to complain is non other than US and Barack Obama does not forget to mention the bangalored topic in his addressing on most occasions. With this sort of perception world over, its not helping India for that matter.  SO, how can India erase the "Bangalored" tag??

Create more jobs in US and elsewhere

idea posted by Priyanka Nath Project Manager, Wipro technologies

I think this kind of negative thought in America and else where will change only if Indian companies create jobs in America and other parts of the world.

'Bangalored', 'job-snatchers', 'job-takers'... India Inc has faced numerous such reprehensible tags due to the success of infotech companies in luring American corporates to offer to them prime contracts.

Also the negative public mood made US politicians, including President Barack Obama, slam outsourcing and take active steps to discourage American companies shifting jobs to India, including taxing them heavily.  So, creating jobs there will help erase the Bangalored tag that is there for India.

Creating jobs in US is merely a consolation. Outsourcing due to cost saving or lack of resource is a compulsion, not a luxury. During recession TCS did not fire any but IBM fired many. It is the way they do business and can't be changed through political interference. Banglore is not the root cause.

All state governments should creat IT-ZONE in their state for reduction of educated unemployments. It is very pity that policy of state government is not in fevore to midiam class but rich and industrilist are loved and prayed.Karnataka govt.has been taken good step to establish IT industry in time so it is now easyly work. This is not sufficient other party in other city shoud try as branch of bangluru then it will become main in near future because IT is devoloping industry. If want to comparision install latesest and advance technological machinery from west and get first no.

To erase the Bangalored tag we should not switch to other developed countries. We can explore such ideas here in India as well.

I heard the projects Infosys had, having the capability to struck regular walk of life of a US citizen (Entire north American railways running with INFOSYS support). This comment is like "If I was not born, what you might have done".
