Indeed capitals and infrastructure alone can't make you win the crown of an entrepreneur.We are tempted to come up with an enterprise with our partner but lack of interpersonal skills has leave us at lurch. In fact we may not be aware of this inner void but of course we have to admit that we are socially impaired. here arises a need for few tips on "how to improve our inetrpersonal skills for our own betterment?" Well Ms. Das, the answer to your question is in your question itself.You can develop good interpersonal skills by just being a good person. First requirement of being a good person is: ARE YOU WILLING TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY & BE HELPFUL TO OTHERS?

Make sure that the thought that you want to convey reaches to the receptor in the same form as you want.	4

Sometimes we need to tell hard truths. Even those can be couched in terms that do not hurt the listener. Language skills are very important. Even more important is to put yourself in the other person's shoes - and empathise - how will he or she 'hear' what I have to say.
