From a mediocre venture to the inception of a large enterprise, social skills and relationships play a pivotal role. Indeed capitals and infrastructure alone can't make you win the crown of an entrepreneur. We are tempted to come up with an enterprise with our partner but lack of interpersonal skills has leave us at lurch. In fact we may not be aware of this inner void but of course we have to admit that we are socially impaired. here arises a need for few tips on "how to improve our inetrpersonal skills for our own betterment?"

Well Ms. Das, the answer to your question is in your question itself. You can develop good interpersonal skills by just being a good person. First requirement of being a good person is: ARE YOU WILLING TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY & BE HELPFUL TO OTHERS?

Make a mind note before you speak

Before you are to speak something speak it out in your mind frame it in the most articulated manner and present it in a normal tone. Make sure that the thought that you want to convey reaches to the receptor in the same form as you want.

Sometimes we need to tell hard truths. Even those can be couched in terms that do not hurt the listener. Language skills are very important. Even more important is to put yourself in the other person's shoes - and empathise - how will he or she 'hear' what I have to say.

This is more to do with the clearity of thoughts, which is very important considering the situations one faces. One need to have proper diction, with right kind of tonality and clear in speech. Nothing ambiguous should be uttered for anybody to make the concept or thought more complicated. secondly, ensure there is proper back up with substancial evidence and proof to support the specific communication

Be frank, be what you are and be open minded. Express yourself with conviction and confidence. First accept what you are and then develop upon it.

It will be pretty good and effective if the person will deal more and more quiries and will look after the things of the employees deliberately.

The most common mistake good interactors do is to talk endlessly..their is a need to draw a line between good communicators and rigid ones..after all its a too way process and listening skills are equally vital.
