Focus on Job requirements

idea posted by Satwinder Singh Program Manager, Confidential

You need to focus on the skillset required for the job and highlight points that relates best to the job you are applying for.

Resumes must highlight weak areas in bold, (* provided you are communicative enough to handle situations and ready with your answers..) so that nobody should questions that..

You must check the latest resume template, which is simpler and easily readable. Don't make it cumbersome, be clear and concise.

Don't copy material, write everthing in your own language, be natural. Thou first level impression comes from a good formatted resume, a person's personality must match the resume in all respects.

I support Mr. Satwinder's point. The resume should reflect the job requirement and the skills which will prove the candidate is fit for the job.

Your CV must reflect your personality. If not then you will face problems in interview.

Resume should reflect the personality always.

If you are a fresher do visit websites like freshersworld.com , freshersadda.com where we can get a sample model of a resume. Do not copy as it is but create a similar type as per the job requirements , your skiils etc,. etc.

The following are some of the important steps:

1. Aim/Objective

2 . Qualification.

3. Work experience.

4. Skills

5. Personal details.
