    Everyone today has a mobile phone. Some have more than one. And many of those phones are smart phones, they can do all kinds of amazing things like surf the Web, send/receive email, watch rich media content, etc. People carry their phones everywhere. Lots of people are flat out addicted to their phones. One has to recognize the importance of the mobile phone and mobile technology for recruitment.  So how mobile phone can be used to improve recruitment?

   Nowadays the Job-seekers can post their mini-C.V. detailing their core skills and expertise to this service. The job-seeker have the option of getting job updates by taking a “GPS reading” on their phone. The candidate’s information is added to the pool of unemployed candidates. Once a new opportunity becomes available, the job-seeker are  immediately notified on their mobile devices.

I agree with this point. Mini CVs in mobile phone will not only help in selecting the right customer but also will help in saving the time as well...

Be connected with Left Employees

It is important to be connected with an employees who left an organization. If you are connected with them then the person feel loyal towards organization & also can refer his/her friends to the same organization. It may possible that the same person who left job & join again the past organization. It would help lot to HR people to recruit people in the organization.

     Dear friends, Recruitment can be done through WAP enabled sites because people started accessing the internet through mobile phone. There are few sites which people visit daily. So the companies should utilize these websites for their recruitment process.

i think mobiles can play a vital role in providing the jobs.today,everyone has got mobile phones more than one.some time u are not accessible by the computer than getting the message over the phone by the recruiter help job seeker to get the complete information about the job.
