Every person will have certain objectives in mind. It's important for them to write down their objectives and keep ensuring whether they are meeting them or not. There can be short term and long term objectives related to 1. Work & 2. Personal Life One should be on top of the objectives, need to keep checking every now and then whether they are on track with the objectives set. I am sure, we would be a satisfied achiever as we will definitely be giving in the effort that is required to achieve the objectives that are set by us.

The only answer to this is in the title of the topic only.In a competitive world you have to work hard to earn your money/salary. There is no other option. If you work hard you achieve other wise you lag behid, it is as simple as that.The mothodology to this achievement is honesty and commitment to hard work. Then whether you wish or not you become an achiever.But, you should never make the mistake of comparing yourself with others. When you do that you tend to fall pery to jelosy, envy, hatred and anguish, which ruin self esteem and finally your self. Just, do your work the way it is to be done and improvise upon it.
