This is the first step. Learn from the failure instead of feeling low analyze why did you fail and what will suit you better. Learn at the early stage and try and correct it. |

It is said that one who never fails will never succeed either. It is failure which teaches us what not to do to succeed. The real problem is that one who fails doesn't let go of past & in process fails to see many new doors & paths available for grater success.

A FAILURE TEACHES US A LESSON AS HOW TO BE IN A RIGHT DIRECTION IN FUTURE. IN THE PROCESS, MOST OF THE PEOPLE TEND TO HOLD A RIGHT TRACK TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS, SINCE THEIR PREVIOUS FAILURE HAUNTS HIM/HER, MAKES HIS/HER MIND RESTLESS. |

‘Failure is not the enemy, but a life-changing experience. It is a human experience, and it prepares the way for us to grow and transform our lives.’
Failure doesn't mean that you're a failure... it just means that you haven't succeeded yet.

A person who fails to make a career is considered worthless by the people around that individual and simultaneously he is brutally scolded and his ideas are being mercilessly trashed and he is considered to be no good in spite of the knowledge that person is having all the qualities and talents.
Just because the person cannot spend money or help anyone financially, even his family becomes his greatest counterpart. There happens the psychological breakdown, depression, inferiority complex and all sort of ideas enough to provide alibi for self death or suicide, and at that time every philosophy and quotes fail to obstruct the person for being a dead body.
So Failure is like Death.

Professionals usually face this issue of competition in the market and those who are well qualified and meet the Job description will be the winner. Now what happens to those who are equally qualified but have not updated their skills / not from a premier institution which is the normal requirement we come across. We should not take that as a defeat but analyze the Job description which is common to the skill you possess. Master that additional skill ( certifications, upgrade education, undergo training) to handle the industry challenges.

If ones efforts fail, then it might be due to systemic or frictional reasons in the economy. For frictional one can retrain, for systemic one can wait like in India where employment is permenent.
In the US now they have divided up the jobs as constructive and supportive. All the infotech jobs are called constructive along with few other old types and supportive are all the financial services etc;. These supportive jobs are being replaced with computers and robots so no job opportunities anymore in this area it seems or is going down. Universities will have lesser enrollment because one cannot get a job in the supportive job roles.

It is not necessary that you make mistake and learn from it. I think you should have the maturity at a younger age to analyse things which is good for you regarding ur career irrespective of what so many people says to you. You should no what are ur capabilities and weaknesses.

Quite often its too late when you are hit with a career failure. There is no point in gloating or losing sleep over it. Instead refocus, do a refresher course or some higher diploma in your chosen field and carry on with life in a new industry. More than the failure what you have to reckon with initially is the lower salary levels when you change your career.

Failure is a part of learning, there we came to know that our ways were wrong, our ideas had loopholes, Our thoughts need corrections. It's like taking a wrong direction in a junction. When we came to know that was wrong, just turn back and take the correct one.
