The Acer brand of laptops are viewed as a low quality laptop. Often for a lower price, Acer provides laptops with higher specifications, and higher quality than any other brand in the local market. It has higher battery life than the HP, and low frequency of complaints. However, a study of the indian market will tell you that the Acer Brand is not trusted for its quality. Acer spends reduces its expense on marketing, with low number of ads unlike local leaders like HP and Dell. And this helps them reduce cost.
