We never see what we are eating. We go by taste and smell. It is difficult to resist pakodas and samosas and hot bhajjis at anytime. But these are some "bad" eating habits. Aren't they? Then we have habit of untimely lunch and dinners and brunches. All this commutatively cause health problems. How to stop this and lead a happy life? Ideas invited on improving eating habbits for a healthy future.

Yes, a definite plan should be followed as a proper diet which includes vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats etc.... with proper guidance from experts.

You can have whatever you wanna eat and have to enjoy the food, but better to maintain a scheduled diet..instead of eating at irregular times. It will help you to improve your health.

Eat right

There is no such thing as a bad diet or a good diet. It depends upon the activity of a person. The more active a person is the wider could be his food choices. But to take a middle path of reasonability, it would be ok to have small amounts of food at appropriate times. Dont overdo the bhajji's or the samosa or some sweet just because it is delicious. One has to learn to say enough ! Too much of anything good is also bad for health. You cant be running 10 km both morning and evening and then live on fruit juice alone. It is sheer nonsense. Like i mentioned earlier, one has to plan their own food in the right quantities. See what suits each individual and proceed to have small portions. Ideally your food habits should include lot of fresh fruits without any added sugar, vegetables rich in fibre, carbs and proteins. Of course all in limited quantities. Fried or fatty food should be restricted to once a week and a daily exercise schedule resorted to.

Don't deprive yourself from the fast food or the one like this but create some rules in your mind like eating an apple daily and like more but never ever seek for the benefits, otherwise it will not work.Later on you will automatically avoid the fast food and all such stuffs.

Divide your food schedule

Thanks Bindu 4 invite Just take food every 6 hours per say, ie 4 times in a day...ie lunch,Dinner,Breakfast and supper ie what the most general schedule is... We can have one of them skipped in our busy schedule though... Eat hygenic and healthy food ie not always spicy,oily,creamy....and other stuffs

Are we alert all the time?

We are agile in the morning or in the evening, why not some people after their lunch. But this pattern varies for every individual. When one is actively working people around us may be dull. Also when others supple much concentration we could not supply enough attention there at that time. Have all of us experienced this? If so can anyone give tips to keep oneself active most of the time without any diversion?

Eat like a king during Breakfast... Eat like a normal man during Lunch.... Eat like a begger during dinner.... But we always reverse this 3 points. Morning breakfast most of us skip it. Its important to eat more calories during breakfast which gives us energy to work the whole day and keeps us brisk. Goodness in Fruits,vegetables and in our Indian Foods:-

They should live with both the parents 15 days each in a mmonth. If they are living separately then should be available to both parents in case of emergency. They need not take each others permision to visit their parents? Will it happen in India
