How can we reduce study stress in children without compromising with the quality of education?

The state board should work for making the education system tension-free without dumbing down the curriculum since they know the regional mindset of the children very well. The national government should then see all the course and make an overall syllabus which can be acceptable by everybody.

Understanding child psychology will prove to be a great milestone in this regard.

The changing scenario of today world is changing the way of knowledge and have different ways of getting the particular education. At some point of age child get confused where he/she have to travel and how to travel, on the point of time a teacher or a parent play a very powerful role to moveout them from fussy thinking. An elder have to play the role in this type situation unless untill some the elders think their kids are not having interest in their studies and dont know which field they have to choose. This is the wrong way of thinking of elders for th kids instead of this they have study their mentallity and feel them on their situations but they already gone through that situation. In end I would say that just read your kid and listen them first what they want. Thanks   

Nowadays, every school or college are bothered about being on top with respective of ranks or percentage secured by students of respective colleges. For that they have totally neglected the extra-curricular activities which helps the students mind relax. Moreover students are forced to concentrate on the bookish knowledge rather than on practical knowledge which is Pathetic.

Insulting the students in front of their peers, and comparing them with their friends by parents and teachers is also one of the reasons of stress. Parents and teachers should kept in mind that every child is different, and they have their own capabilities.

This is a nice topic for discussion. Today, the education system is rotating towards marks and grades. As a result either parents or teachers asking the children to work more for marks. The basic intention of the education is "acquire the  knowledge." We are not worried about the knowledge.

The current education system making the children to memories the things, instead of thinking and learning. Everybody forcing the children to memorize. This is the basic problem of our education system. Instead of memorizing, the child should think about the problem and solutions. Unfortunately, today we are not giving a chance to think.

If this approach is changed in the education system, I hope the stress, etc., will be removed from the kinds and they will enjoy the education.

Whatever you do to the Education system, it is the students who have to learn. perhaps, making studies FUN will solve all the problems, and Taking any Macro level steps can solve other issues for sure, but not this one.

time has changed, and we all know the orthodox politically oriented age old education system has rubbished us for years. Our first and foremost duty is to understand what is right for them in today's scenario instead of picking bits and pieces from world's various education systems and thinking that we are adopting the best practices.

Let us formulate a new system on the line of 3-idiots

There should be other recreational activities along with study. schools should organize different events. most important thing is parents should not pressurize their children too much for study. they should be given spare time for outdoor games. coaching should be banned as it is a new invention which is putting maximum burden on children.

First of all, parents and teachers should stop comparing weak students with other students. They should try to understand each child personally and should help them accordingly.The hidden talents in child should be discovered and they should be motivated.
