How can we restore normalcy in Kashmir?

take final / non political military action to ERADICATE THE PROBLEM.

TAKE FULL SUPPORT OF GENERAL PUBLIC. 

I am just asking your opinion on this whethere  we can go something like this keeping people's lives in mind in the Kashmir region, as we are seeing the issue has not been dealt properly from the day of division that happened. There is POK which has been occupied illegaly by Pakistan and Indians are fighting it out and considerably they have taken a large chunk of India over there...Peace has become a rarity there. And people deserve better there....It was just my opinion and others can give their ideas on how we can restore normalcy there..

The problems that are occurring in Kashmir currently are a by-product of the legacy left over after the division of the Indian Sub-continent region into three areas - India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Due to the controversy over the actual line of control, insurgency and terrorist activities have been stoked and unless the government takes steps to rein in these elements, it is difficult to restore normalcy in Kashmir. Additionally, we also have the neighboring countries overt and covert policies of fomenting terrorism and insurgency in the valley.

Thus, in order to bring normalcy, the government needs to put in place strict controls and also focus on the current issues/needs of the people in the valley as compared to the existing half hearted measures being executed to favor various political issues and hidden agendas.......

Of course, it is not that we decide this factor. On consensus, it is arrived at majority voting in Parliament. But, no harm in putting forward the views on such issue to know better things. I like to suggest,

- A non-political governance impartial to local religion.

- Infiltrate (deploy) more spy at village level to gather more genuine information.Mean to say strength the Intelligence net-working.

- Scrap 370 article. Allow genuine Indian citizen to own property. Again ensure no-proxy PAK /Afghan etc.

- Introduce extensive social program to educate youths & Employ them usefully.

- Reduce Govt subsidy / other means that endeavor youth to be a parasite in Govt means.

- Organize cultural Mela frequently to highlight others living on earth.

- Reorganize the admin system with totally different vanguards who vouch integrity to Nation.

- Strictly tape all telephone conversation of religious & political parties(individuals).

- Make them feel that there is a big brother watching them.

- Try reduce exploitation of individuals by caste/religion/social status & introduce equality in all openings ( nothing like superior  kashmiri bhramin & inferior kshatriyas).

people don't know whom to trust thats no surprise so heavy thoughts shift through dust and the lies. and thats good not to break but tired of this deceit. every time we fall try to get back upon our feet and all the tiring time you think about this is how to put your trust on politician and their god damn corrupt political practices that drain peace of mind from people forcing them to revolt against this condition. i mean always trust yourself that things will be in our favour if we act possitively on it what ever price we have to pay for this action to restore peace for rest of our life

One of the reason for having problem in Kashmir is ego and difference in openion of the poltical & non political parties. The fight between these two in large leads to problems. IF their is an clearity of thoughts and solutions to problems of common person normalcy can be restored.

Support by pakistan should be stopped to restore normalcy.

As long as India and Pakistan are two religious optimism countries,  There could not be peace in Kashmir until literacy in Pakistan and Afghanistan improve above religious teachings or India and Pakistan Merge together.  

Whatever the human rights activists like Arundhati Roy say about the plight of Kashmiris in the hand of Army, the fact remains that separatists misguide the innocent population and instigates disruptive politics in the state, trying to project situation in Kashmir as equivalent to Palestine etc. This all happened after 1989, till then there was no militancy there. Pakistan has been fairly successful in "Islamisation" of one of the most secular areas in India and the violence has become a viscous circle. Militants instigate the armed forces and the armed forces are caught in their own act. And who suffers except for the Kashmirs themselves. Indian Government needs to sell the "idea of India" to the Kashmiris by talking to the civil society there, including Lawyers, Doctors, common folk and explain why they should not feel alienated. This is a long drawn process. Somehow, separatists should not be given this opportunity to continuously misguide people and let them suffer. A strike call by separatists disrupt so many things, schools, businesses and the economy overall. According to me, this is Pakistan's revenge for India as India created Bangladesh and through this two decade long proxy war, Kashmiri hindus are out of their homes, people are jobless and rest of the country has different views about Kashmiris. Will there be any difference if the so called "azadi" is granted? I think people should understand that it is just Pakistan's ball game and poor governance by the elected people which is resulted in this mess. Kashmir's progress lies in it being Part of India and the government should think rationally and act.

The normalcy can only be restored if Pakistan accepts to stop everything. Despite our efforts to resolve the issues, there is no good signal from Pakistan who is indulging in proxy war. We have to suffer heavily due to the adamant attitude of Pakistan. The only answer to the vexed prolonging issue will be taking military action. But it is not advisable since it will be a deterioration for both. Our economy will also be affected.

Pakistan has to show its willingness to resolve the issue, on the contrary Pakistan will not since it will have to loose several billion of dollars receiving from America. Here strategically, they will not allow to come to an end of the show.

The real solutions rely on India on how it make a diplomatic pressure on Pakistan with the help of America, China, Russia, and Gulf Countries. DO YOU THINK IS IT POSSIBLE?

Hence the TIME has to reply or the God, 

The Kashmir problem can be solved once for all if a party with a will to normalise things without vote Bank politics comes to Power.  A person with the will to take tough action against all militant groups, cross border terrorism and restoration of normalcy, improvement of living conditions, scrapping of article 356 comes to power otherwise it will keep on burning like Ravana's funeral pyre.

Kashmir is unfortunate down the years with the Congrss govt playing for votes. In a place like india you should first get the people in the mainstream by abolishing special status for the state. The forces need to be given a tough order to do away with proxy elements and strict rules need to be enforced. Israel is an example... which we need to follow...

Terrorism is on decline in Kashmir. Military has done its part. Now it is the time for Intelligentsia(Not politicians) of India to look what is really needed. You have to win hearts rather than to break them.

In my veiw this is  the only option to estabilise Kashmir situation.Whatever the condition of the people in Kashmir,they are enjoying more freedom,right to protest,unlike in POK and other region in Pakistan.A mechanism must be developed to monitor people to people contact acrosss the border.The others must realize that the peple in Kashmir are well placed and can solve their own problem.The human tendency is to stay free,the rest is taken care of.
