One can be "The Perfect Boss" when he/she take care of personal and professional life of his/her team members. There are many members who work for the company and stay away from home. For them colleague are like family members. As a boss if one treat his/her team members as family and as a head of the family he/she will think from top to bottom of the member’s progress either it is professional or personal. A perfect boss must know about the team member’s family. If team members are married then he/she must train his/her team member in such a way that, team members may balance his/her personal and professional life. If team members are happy and find nice family head then he/she will more productive, motivated, creative etc etc. |
