Nothing comes easy & for free ....so is trust.......One has to go the extra mile to develop acquire and nurture them. You will lose your colleagues’ or partners’ trust if you have a reputation of leveraging things to your advantage. |

Yes, earning the trust is paramount. Once you have that, execution of many of the other suggested ideas will fall into place as well...They will see you as a leader and feel more confident about themselves and about you.

While it is nice to earn the trust to have others do it your way, it is infact better that they dont. The idea of teams gets spoiled a bit as it where. Let each know what needs to be done but let them have the freedom to do it their way within the boundaries of the system the organization provides. That would encourage ownership and promote new ideas.

if u want others to cooperate u need to be open enough in sharing all relevant information and enroll them into the process by taking their opinions with due consideration.

2 ways-adjust with collegues, reform self bit difficult yes. may not yield result/cane them continuously till they adjust with u. show anger love pamper opposite sex,strategy mine, be arrogant @ the same time me nice to the core.i tried & won

EGO is the prime overriding factor in all human relationships. If you want a particular job done, and your colleague is possibly the only one who can do the same, make it appear that the idea is his. Manoeuvre his thinking slightly and plant the original seed. Let him develop it as his idea. He will then be a stronger advocate of the same than you ever were.
