After the lead generation process (which I believe should ideally never stop), the analysis will give you the results of the probe. Cold contacts have been turned into 'INTERESTED - ASK SALES TO VISIT" = WARM "YES I AM AWARE, PLEAE SEND SOMEONE OVER TO DISCUSS ThE RATES" = HOT That is the basic distinction. A visit is still a warm lead and Negotiation is the hot lead!! Any consumer who is using competition products according to me is a VERY HOT LEAD!! I am not going into reasons why. But thats my understanding. Hope it helps. :) |
