In the run up to a healthy lifestyle, we often fail to prioritize, rather than organising our activities well. We may want to incorporate some form of exercise in our daily routine, but end up completing some other important task in our scheduled workout time. Always remember that an organized lifestyle is a competent lifestyle. Systematize our tasks and get rid of the habit to procrastinate. There is nothing like a well-arranged day, to live a healthy life.

Early to bed, early to rise; Make people healthy and wise! Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper! Our bodies are not made to exercise like wrestlers or sportsperson. So, we don't need to exercise incessantly like crazy to be fit. Walking everyday for just 45 minutes would be enough for blood circulation and boosting metabolism. Moderation is the key in all aspects of life!

yes ..i think this will be the best way to live a happy life. as we all know that  ans organized person is better than those rich person who are not organized. and if u are in profesional life then it will be by far the best for u.

I believe that right food, right eating habit , a little bit of walk and excercise every day along with a reasonable amount of good sleep is the way to maintain a healthy life.  Specially people living in metro cities don't seems to take care of these thing.  They start the day with tension without proper planing. Therefore a systematic approach has to be followed in our life style to lead a healthy life.

 In Ayurveda it is said clearly that the food is every thing, it helps to grow, it is a medicines, it increases the mental capacity, and also it is the cause for the illness.  Therefore food place a vital role in maintaing a healthy life.

Use of junk food should always be avoded and our daily food should contain large amounts of fruits and nuts

I agree.We need a sound body and mind  to create results.Right food at right time along with consistent physical exercise is a must to maintain and grow our energy level. We need to do proper planning for living a healthy life and execute the plan in a systematic way. It has to be goal driven because it is important to have good planning for the kind of life we want to live. We need to focus on what we want and what is needed to achieve our goals. Of course, Health & Wealth are critical part of our life goals.

Music is food for the soul all of us agree with that it is an accepted idiom. But did you know that music is good for our physical health also. It has many beneficial consequences, and often works in conjunction with medical treatments for any ailments.Medical research has proven that the positive vibes of music help to negate the negative vibes of stress. When we are tired or agitated, just sitting back and getting lost in the sounds of our favorite music can help us to calm down. It also helps in relieving the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Good music may not take away the cause of the anxiety but can help decrease the levels of distress that we may feel.

Rellieving stress is certainly a healthy way of life. Like meditatation, yoga etc music is also a powerful method to calm down stress and tension. My feeling is dancing (need not be a theoritical or very good dancer) with music keeps body and mind healthy. However mental preparation to calm down is necessary. It is difficult for a person who is highly tensed or irritated to listen to music. But if one can concentrate and listen to soothing music it can cure diseases.It is definitely a wonderful pathy.

first and formost the panchabhuta's of the life must be balanced. then we need to go Locovorus ie eat what is grown locally and seasonally. that would be ideal.

I agree to your idea partially. Today's agriculture is no culture. It is agree business. For making business, chemical fertilizer, insectisides and pestisies are used uncontrrolably, fruits vegetables are plucked prematurely in green condition thereby vitamins minerals which were to grow with time and are the main healthy ingredients of food are lacking.Ultimately, these are made ready with dangerous Carbide etc.Poisonous colours are used to deceive people about the freshness of vegetables etc. It is very difficult to get genuine good food today. It is the main reason for so much sufferings  for mankind.

Hide Healthy Snacks at Work

At my office, I have a can of lightly salted cashews on constant standby. When I'm stressed and tempted to run to the vending machines, grabbing a small handful of cashews is a much better alternative. They are natural and actually good for us since they are a good source of protein and unsaturated fat. Other options I'd recommend are dried fruits, low butter popcorn, or some fresh veggies.

Do you work, do not worry about the fruits

Follow the principle of "adherence to duty without seeking fruits/rewards."

You will be content internally. As negative feelings like anger, envy, jealousy, greed leave your heart, you will become healthy automatically.

Stress is the result of taking the "results" in our hands instead of actions.

Gym/aerobics/healthy diet etc are secondary to a healthy mind. If the mind is stressed, no matter what you do, your health is bound to suffer.

Give up attachment to results and just engage in your work out of a sense of duty. That is the way to maintain a flawless health.

regular life ,yoga in morning with salads and fruits limited lunch and dinner,thinking positive, smiling all day, saying hi and thanks to people,BURN EGO ITS KILLER MAN,

no pepsi,coke,alcohol,cigarrattes all are sweet enemies which make us empty from inside.
