How Executive MBA will be helpful to professionals?

I am doubtful whether an Executive MBA of short-term can cover all the fundamentals that a Manager should know and learn, if it is not for the sake of just having a Degree. Those with plenty of experience in preferably a Middle Management position can treat this as a crash or refresher course and improve on soft skills and management techniques. The EMBA should have been designed with an option of Electives enabling the Managers to focus on.

an experience of on job with atleast 5 years on managing projects, working on projects, member of setting up green field projects, managing people / production / shop floor / finance. he EMBA is real fit for working professionals as it gives a chance to use it rigtaway and understand the pros and cons of understanding the methodology. In my experience EMBA is more better than a fresh MBA.Most important is the university and team participation during the whole course.The business school should include students from wide industry and create a good atmosphere to discuss views and problems associated.At the least an EMBA would give you a path to make vise decisions and approach in all walks of carrier.

MBA is earned by completing a graduate business school program, in which students engage in traditional academic coursework and instruction based on real business challenges. Through this intensive experience that lasts one to two years (or more), the degree program prepares students for a lifetime of management responsibilities in business.

E-MBA is always better, as per my opinion. Its all about how well you could establish correlation between practical and theoretical knowledge. Since you have some experience mean you know how the work get done at the practical level and now doing E MBA will give you insight of the differecnt management methodology and tools. Which surely going to benefit you.

According to me, by joining for executive MBA, one can be benefited by getting the knowledge and strategies of business environment, leadership skills, motivational skills and decision making abilities.

yes i too agree dat executive MBA is a guud prospect of the people as which i think ppl becum too lazy and fatigued and it serves as a refresher course for them to recharge their dead batteries...so one shud go for MBA....
