I believe that by optimizing merchandise mix for each location based on customers around specific stores would bring customers to shop. That is for example if the store is located in a place where most of the people living there are youths,it would be better to concentrate on items like apparels,watches, sun glasses etc. |

As all of know "The Legendary Four P's of Marketing" and "The Four M's of Merchandising", if we prepare the right mix of both these factors. This cocktail would be more effective, and this would give the Customer Centric Strategy.
Also, we have to understand that today is Buyers's market unlike Seller's market. So we have to give the customer what they want and not what we have.

I think by developing a customer-centric site selection strategy to open home run locations would help. Customer would find it more convenient easy to go to a shop which is near to his house for purchasing. By selecting a residential area where they can get more customers would be a good strategy to atrract more customers to shop. |

Retail stores should give different offers and prizes to attract customers and once they enter in the store, they should see variety of designs and products to chose from. All of good quality and with affordable prize. This will help retail stores a lot for retail stores to make Customers the centre of a Retail store's strategy. |
