Dear friends,

Mobile penetration in India is skyrocketing and is one of the fastest growing in the world. And we all know that mobile growth is happening not just among the adult population, but among young people just as rapidly, in our country.

How phones can be used for education purposes inside or outside of classrooms in developing countries like India?

Please share your ideas on this critical subject.....

Mobile as part of their class activities

idea posted by Isha Verma Sales/BD Manager, Larsen & Toubro

In my opinion, we need mobile as part of their class activities first, students will be more willing to go to school & use their gadgets. It seems obvious that kids will learn more if they are engaged in this process. Video lessons, translation tools, musical instruments, learning games, and mobile books are just the tip of the iceberg which should be delivered via cell phones to children (With required collabrations).....

Help to distance education universities

idea posted by Radha Sundaram Sales/BD Manager, Bharti Airtel

M-learning will help the distance education universities to send their critical messages onto the mobile phones of invigilators. So these invigilators and universities can do their business without delay. In distance education there will not be close contact between the students, parents, universities etc and this mobile messaging offers complete automation of various communication processes such as College to Student communication, College to Parent communication etc at these universities. It will make communication process easier for them.

If I say this people would not like my opinion but the fact is a fact. Mr. Guruprasad I would also like to know your opinion about the same. Why have you posted on the REVOLUTION side?
