How one can set international working standards for oneself ??

The professional scenario in India still could use a professional makeover. Don’t wait for trends to set in, create them. Ideas are brain food, they keep your productive, passionate and focused.

Everything is going -- technologies, techniques, ethics, standards, skills, diversification in various aspects. Learn more and try to implement in your real life scenarios, compare the results , take appropriate action. I always use google search for anything i want to know and once i learn something, i start to look after alternative solutions and any other methods. Also participating in forums can really helps us to understand how and what others are thinking.

Plan-Do-Check-Act is my kind of professional growth technique. I strongly believe one can grow easily when compared to him/herself instead to comparing between groups or other individuals. All in all, i like PDCA
