Many of us like to work in big organizations because they attract us by giving many packages and compensation. But what about the small companies, How small companies should attract talent?

I think its the best policy. For that stock option is a very viable & suitable method to attract talents. Also the person working so will have better exposure & opportunity to exploit his/her talent as to erect the company even from the scratch.

As Organisation grows fruits should be shared with the employees. As this news spreads into the market  talent is attracted.

Flexibility, has created a different talent market, talent nowadays are looking for flexible work opportunities. Additionally, the company has to provide the right technologies that enable its employees to be productive anytime, anywhere, such as laptops, VPNs, PDAs, video cameras, high-speed access, and teleconferencing tools. This will help organizations to hire and sustain the best and brightest.
