How technology can be involved in creating a great Brand experience?

As sales manager I have come across many times that by creating a good brand experience of a product it really makes the product sell and also we see the repetetion of customers for that matter, but being in the IT field, I have gone to many corporate events for a product launch where everything from start to the end in that event will be having something reminding them about the brand in a subtle manner which keeps the audience or the prospect customers thinking about the brand and eventually it leads to many sales and loyalty from the customers.

And till now creating this brand experience was done in a traditional way, and now brand experience heading to the web and now also to Mobile these days, so this is a tricky arena for marketers and sales people, most of them were able to create brand experience in a store but how in virtual world, if technology is used in a right way one can reach to more number of people.
