The management should look at their employees as their assets & should give them proper guidance to face the challenges of a job loss. Companies can come up with ideas where they can place their fired employee in some other companies at a lower pay for the time being. Moreover companies can help the employees in planning about a secured fund that will provide some security to employees who lost their jobs. There are many things that can be said & done, but proper counseling or consulting is very critical, it’s a step in the right direction. There is so much to deal with in a situation like this. A solution for problems like this is found on a case-by-case basis.
It’s important to learn new and better ways of coping with the pressure. A manager could start by developing an EPA-(employee assistance program) or some other similar type of service. A company and/ or managers should communicate with employees often, both formally and informally and let them know that help is available.

One great system would be if the organization could set up the employees who are leaving to support themselves , through opportunities for providing services ( by way of labour or consultancy ) or supplies ( components , less significant products ) to the parent organization. Employees can provide support in areas such as logistics , training , projects , marketing , event management ,...
