Map Energy consumption pattern with fixed and variable loads, and improve upon technologies

Various green technologies are evolved with similar output but lesser input (eg., CFLs, LEDs, etc.,). Each sector should initiate the mapping on energy consumption and convert fixed loads into variable loads. Plan to upgrade the older techniques with newer one to save surplus energy.
