Common sense - we should use our common sense to avoid these kind of actions. We are all well educated and working. Then why should we concentrate on these kind of stuffs? Think and deliver your words & one should know how to harness words. All the rules and policies are created based on common sense. |

This is the universal truth. Many times many trainers and gurus says that Keep your Bosses happy and u are done.

If companies can draft policies prohibiting workplace discrimination they can avoid it. The company should set clear standards and establish penalties for violators of any of these policies and it should be in written. I guess this will reduce and avoid Workplace discrimation. |

I think employers should conduct training and educate the employees to avoid workforce discrimation. Regular training should be provided to the managers and employees for preventing harassment, discrimination or other employment law violations. |

Yes, making rules or strict encouragement of complaints, is like treating a number of people with a gun. More so then improves the silent politics and groupism. The person who is thought to be discriminated falls a prey for isolation, ofcourse the same emails and information fall through everything, but the work package details and informations one needs to be aware of before doing something in package will not be discussed ( passive safety requirements) and finally he will be shot dead , because he failed to do the thing correctly. So finally without complaining because of this remark, he will be demotivated and falls into the category of new job searchers. These continious attacks on ones back really makes the person, to be really a hard person, making lifes of the persons juniors (who entered new into the market) very uncomfortable and not very natural. This continues to be a viscious cycle. In the name of professionalism i cannot speak more than this i guess you guys cna understand what i mean. I dont say everyone is the same, but nonetheless, the potential risk of this theme is not very far. I feel in India, we do have more than 1 reason to discriminate , this is the reason and one fore most reason , why Our country really lacks innovations & team work and there fore -fighting for a right concept to get out with results ( Research & Development).

Companies should welcome complaints regarding discrimination and a proper procedure should be followed for filling complaints.

Kerela IT firms are hunting hackers .. recruiting them in their companies...This is unique way of finding the talent because formal degree does not matter here and what you get is the best people. But what about safety factor.. Is your comany... |
Reservations are always in govt orgs.. and the drop outs do not open them.. do they? Managers having poor marks has nothing to do here becasue either they have establlished the platform or they have enough experience and to add to this let me tell you... |
Business schools were meant to be guides and they don't create a perfect person, they give raw mind a direction. |
