What if your superior is wrong. How do you tell he/she is wrong?

Very carefully right but in what manner?

How to behave when you fail and face implementing the strategy you argued against??

When talking with your superiors, you shouldn't do all the talking. Listen to them, what they have to say about the issue that concerns you.Listen more than you say. There could well be reasons or motivations for initiatives that you haven't been told about.

According to my view, let him tell first, then if i will have any valid point to prove my place then say.Bt somewhere its better to be good listeners rather to be good speaker.I am not saying to comply with all his/her words inspite of hurting it your ethics.

Listening is the best languagae to perform better, by simply hearing what your boss says it may look like that he/she is wrong but good listening will throw more light

You might gain your superiors trust by listening to what they have to say ,as you are going to  will show your concern for the company's well being. You might also gain insights into future directions for the business.

If you want to prove your points stay focused and provide the data or event that prove your points ; If you can't then else stay away if all you have to offer is complaints.

How to behave

idea posted by Shobana Gowri Head/VP/GM-Marketing Global Cube

Be assertive

A good way is to listen and then to sort out for yourself your thoughts and your feelings.A good way is to say I feel...and I think.

Thirdly to say these were my concerns and not to use the" you" word .Talk about the situation.-what it does/did to you

But first decide if you want to do it and why  you want to do it

People who speak their minds are not always loved but you can be sure people respect you a lot and value you
