Well pass on your positive attitude towards your employees, by using them to promote things the way you want would help create a positive circle of influences, thereby increasing sales. When you use them, you have to share your ideas with them, inreturn they will spread this to their clients and friends and others by word of mouth marketing. |

Well first you have to market your product to your company (employees, clients,stakeholders ) so that word of marketing can be more effective and increase your sales volume later on because they will market your product as well.

Don't be a friend as well as promoter at the same time, if you are selling a product, be a promoter, if you are
building a friendship, be a friend. If you try to be both at the same time, it won't work.
Don't be too friendly either when talking about your product, build a gap between the both. If you are already a friend then too its not fine. Because somethimes when you try to be too friendly and talk, some people just ignore what your saying... |

Try being a positive influence, if you are a bad influence, even if you have a superb brand in your hand, you will not able to sell it. But if your are positive and you can sell anything even a crap :)...if the customer is not that smart... Be trustworthy and positive person, then your word will speak volumes to those around you. |
