Fully integrated sales planning

Effective contact strategy requires an effective forward planning capability across all the marketing activities. This will bring together all the relevant information, objectives and constraints in a planning system that supports timely evaluation of future plans and one should be able to easily see the effect of changing core assumptions or introducing new performance constraints.

Performance management

According to me Performance management is very important, where the systems that show quickly and accurately not just how a bank is performing against plan, but also which elements of the plan are working and which are under performing. One should be able to drill down from an overall view of performance against the budget all the way to an individual. So this will help in effective contact strategy in Retail banks.
