Approaching the sex topic with kids can be hard for many parents or guardians but it must be done. It should be done in stages according to the child’s age and it should be done on a continuous basis. The parent shouldn’t react harshly to the child if they ask. The topic should be talked about in a calm manner to the child. A parent should spend some quiet time with the child and no disruptions. They should be taught the do’s and don’ts, the good and bad.
A child should be taught about bad & good touches. A child should be taught how to react & get help if someone gives them a bad touch or asks them inappropriate things. They should be taught that it's not their fault if someone hurts them. They should be taught that they have someone to talk to in their time of need. But everything should be kept in balance and age appropriate.

i do agree more or less with views expressed by participants.but Indian society is still very orthodox and may not very frankly open up to their children.The best they can do is to advise them how to respond and react to obtaining situations.
No better teachers except parents who should be anchor to provide guided path so that they can live healthy and wealthy.The life with flies will leave one with flotsam.

instead keep an eye on their activities and behaviour and distract them from such thoughts till they become mature enough to understand it and take life with their own hands. i hope the hectic lifestyle will make this more challenging. fyi, i am not a parent, so ignore, if im wrong.

Well The S things are natural and the one can naturally handle it. Every kid when will come to stage the things will be clear to them naturally. But if you will friendly with your kids Surely they will less hesitate to talk everything about you. Also in our society the discussion of this topic seems not good however this is the part of life and we can't deny it. our ancient society was not as it seems today. So Just Help them as you help them in math, science or any other subject. so that they will not take an impression that this is not normal and something special as we think this is something special. Just Put the seed that this is as natural as taking food or doing math. and if you will take right food you will grow, like the right solution of math give point and if you eat wrong or do wrong solution, you will fall in to trouble.
