As organizations struggle to cope with the speed of change, the ever-increasing demands from customers, increased technology and the challenges that come with globalisation, teams who pull together cope with these demands far more effectively than groups of individuals. It has been said that organizations have the teams that they deserve.

So how do they create effective teams?

Learn from failure

Take advantage from any failure of your team to encourage effective learning and propitiate in them a sincere and pragmatic process of analysis that signifies a real solution and an opportunity to succeed for the next future.

Failure is a sort of experience which shifts us to next level in our life and in work as well. Merely experience makes us perfect. In order to build an effective team, team lead should not be very adverse. He/she should be a good communicator like Obama.

Failure makes us to dig deep and helps us to learn things and an opportunity to brace ourselves. The Team should be very tangible and agile.

1. Good interaction.
2. Work as team.
3. Informative work place.
4. Abreast the team on latest technologies.

Hope this makes sense.

Let them have fun

See to it that teams spend time and effort in building and maintaining the team. Teams don’t materialize overnight and work pressures can often work against teamwork. Let them have fun, take them out. Of course that’s not an excuse without purpose, but the occasional purely social or fun time does wonders for morale and for strengthening the vital relationships in the team.
