With many established KPO solutions providers already in the business, and many newer players joining the KPO bandwagon every year, choosing the right KPO service provider in India has always been a tough task for companies overseas. There are so many risks involved in choosing a KPO service provider. So, please give ideas to choose right KPO service?

Before moving you get adequate information about the company. One of them is the number of years the KPO company has been outsourcing. The strength of the company and its financial situation is also to be taken into consideration.

I think there are some solid benchmarks to judge the quality of a KPO services provider in India. Check if the outsourcing company has ISO or CMM certifications. Besides, the recommendation and reference of the of the customers are also the best way to gauge the quality of the services an outsourcing company.

Data Privacy

idea posted by Krishan Lal Asst. Manager/Manager -(NonTechnical), Genpact

Data Privacy is the most important aspect of an outsourcing company. The KPO services provider should meet all the requirements to maintain data privacy and infrastructure security such as Access Control, Data Encryption, Firewalls and so forth. Further, there are human related issues such as pre-recruitment precautions and non-disclosure agreements as well.
