The environment in the office should be relaxed so that an employee feels safe. Only in such an environment can he/she own up their mistakes to their immediate supervisor or any other supervisor in that case. They should be able to share a relationship with the supervisor based on trust and faith, so that they can admit the mistake without any fear in their minds. |

s...it is........ hence training during joining, proper guidence for first few months and then proper followups could lead to good results.......gaining knowledge and continuosly improving on that is also important......accept the mistakes done.......situation can be a lot better..

If you are not comfortable with your work it can results in to mistakes. to reduce the mistakes you have to learn whole activity, to learn whole activity you must have curiosity to learn and for curiosity you have enjoy what you are doing whether it is interesting or not. it not only helps to reduce the mistakes but also generating new ideas. |

yes you are correct. Whenever anybody commit a mistake he/she have to think how it happens and then to solve mistake. Try to avoid that mistake again & again. It,s not crime to make mistake but repeat that mistake again & again is hamper your progress.

To correct mistakes needs a person who can identify the mistake before it impacts the work or way before the mistake is executed....This is possible if right people are in right place with right technology,assisting them. It is understood generally that good managers are people who have good managing skills....but i think its not sufficient to carryout work smoothly with min. "human errors".....So if a manager is has good managing skills and a sound technical background then I think he can lead his team is a right direction ...since he can see the future and get the right people and right technology in place for the projects undertaken. |

It is the onus of the HR department of an organisation to foster a culture whereby employees not only confess their mistakes, but also take lessons from them. Leadership and communication skills play a major role here. Those in the leading positions need to be trained to handle such tricky situations. |
