In my opinion, Govt. should take initiatives to educate and create awareness among the people the importance of alternative medicines. They should conduct seminars and programmes to make public aware. Conducting seminars in educational institutions will be a good idea to create awareness among the young generation.

In my opinion goverment does have programmes to support the alternative medicine system and also budget. So along with some association of alternative medicine practitioners and pharmaceutical companies there should be initiative for medical camps and reforms. By doing this we can gain large data of effeciveness of these complimentry medicine and people will think of other mode of treatment besides allopathy. |

I believe that the most easy way to make it reach the public will be by making the treatment affordable to the common man. Now the alternative therapies are expensive than the conventional treatment which keeps it away from the people. If the government can make the ayruvedic treatments an affordable one, then we will see a lot of people going in that way. |

I order to increase awareness in holistic medicine and turn the peoples mind to preventive medicine In the United States it would first have to be made illegal to have lobbies to pay off our government officials for their votes. then make it a law that any doctor that takes a kickback for pushing or promoting products from any pharmaceutical company will louse his licence to practice medicine anywhere in this country. Then we would have to start educating everyone including the medical community about the benefits of natural Herbs,Oils,Tinctures,Teas to prevent and treat Illnesses . This would probably take at least one if not two generations because drug company's have had centuries of bribing Doctors and government officials,and insurance company's into making us think the only way to being healthy is taking their drugs or having whatever is wrong with us Cut out. The best way for us to help speed up the education of the world and especially the U.S.A. is by putting good reliable totally true and honest Information in printed and on line forms and by educating doctors at the college and medical school Laval's until all of these steps are taken I don't think we will see any improvement in use of natural medicine. |
