In the initial stages of career one should have understanding of the ground realities, pros and cons of decision making, Utilisation of professionals to optimum level. Managing available resouces judiciously can contribute for better growth of a person. One should design career in such a way that they impart above traits in the initial stages of the career which helps in better understanding of the situation. For any trade, job one should have necessay training before taking up big/professional jobs.
