Very nice topic by Mr.Jyoti Chetani. In my opinion if any one thinks " work is worship"
and he does not need any evaluation. This thinking will make him sincere in all his efforts and assignments and he will have optimum level of concentration and focused way of doing things. Hence naturally he will be better judged by others in terms of his quality work and performance. No doubt self evaluation is also good during the course of action to rectify the mistakes. |

Jyoti informative topic. But there are many theories to do self evaluation in which reflection & comparison process theory help to do clear it easily with closeness & performance comparison.

Individual, always, outdo well by the peer group pressures.In such case, the peer group standard will be the yardstick for that individual performance. In a well defined set up, where there is a standard is set, then performance is measured through in compliance to it. Here, individual difference can play only a little.Because, irrespective of the individual, the performance to be achieved is set by the standard document. |
