I agree with the above ideas and my opinion is by meeting employee and customer needs we can drive sustainable growth in the workforce.To meet employee and customer needs we should conducted a comprehensive job analysis and created a complete job description inventory and compensation structure that the employee needs. We should also established a corporate staff development and training function. By conducting performance appraisal process we can know what employee wants. |
