The most common & simple way to fight obesity is dieting. Diets to promote weight loss are generally divided into four categories: low-fat, low-carbohydrate, low-calorie, and very low calorie.Very low calorie diets provide 200–800 kcal/day, maintaining protein intake but limiting calories from both fat and carbohydrates. They subject the body to starvation and produce an average weekly weight loss of 1.5–2.5 kilograms. |

Lets keep all that Doctors, Nutritionists and Trainers say aside. Taking cue from Michelle Obama, make the right habits at the young age. Eat right, exercise right, play right and sleep right too. Catch them young is the key here. For once you reach a certain age, no matter of corrections would keep obesity away and just in case you take a corrective action, it is bound to have an after-effect some place or other. Aforesaid apart, we need to pull ourselves in terms of everything in case we need to fight obesity. Now, Bindu, how possibly do you term the corrective step as not being stressing enough - specially for a person who has done all to be an obese and now has to fight it? |

I suport this idea.To takle the problems of obesity just inculcate very good and punctual habbits of having nutritional food which can be made in your house only, proper time of food intake balanced diet and no junk or fast food.Drink at least 3 lit. water every day.Keep your energy levels to the fullest.Keep your self physically active. Very important thing is be happy alwyas and make others happy.
Just need to change lifestyle, nothing else! Eat the RIGHT food at appropriate intervals and remain active....that's all! Nothing.....I MEAN IT....Nothing...no drugs, no treatment, no advise works...believe me! Just be aware of what you should eat and what not...that's it!

Dear Bindu, It is nice topic to share and have so many ideas to put in. Here you write the do diet according and take limited calories in a day instead of this you can eat good health food life non-veg, all types of veg. avoid junk food, prefer homemade food, or take meals from proper place where you cant detsruct, for all of this you do not require to do dieting but to do regular exercise with limited meals as per the limitness of the particular body. Every body is not capable for dieting but doing regular and timely exercise will gain your body energy revenue every day and makes your brain and body healthy which is must as in the today techno world we need to get healthy and safe from unknow diseases which born from unknown and never think reasons. After taken meal in afternoon, we dont have any moving because our all the work is just doing by brain, hand, eyes, ears and computer and rest body is just sit on the chair which effect to our spinal cord to slowely move time damage and direct effect to brain and brain is like CPU withouth body is just junk. So we would prefer take tregular and timely exercise. 1. Do morning walk in morning for just 1/2 hr to burn calories and make you body stable. After a small walk just give more 1/2 hr for workout. There is no need to join any GYM and no need to take tips from trainer just simple and regular exercise. 2. Take meals as per your body limitness, avoid junk food from market, oily, prefer homemade food which gives your body energetic. Thanks |
