We often get back home frustrated and feel stressed out by the end of the day. We feel as if what are we doing!1 Things just do not fall into right places. This is when we realize this is not the kind of job we want to do. so how to figure out what is your dream job?

There is no such thing as dream Job as dreamers don't do job, they either are indulged in business or they are artists.......No one is happy in Job ever be it a Govt Employee or a Private sector employee.........

I agree with Mamta here. Working for somebody is a naukri(a form of slavery) and you need to understand your employer needs and align them with your skills at it. If you are not good at it, try out self employment. but yes, for self employment you need to understand yourself.
