While interviews, almost candidates are fully prepared for the questions. It is sometimes difficult to find out the perfect candidate. We can find the candidate totally different while the time of interview and after joining. The failure of their commitments is more.

A good interviewer will judge a person by interviewing a candidate for 15 - 20 minutes. I have seen such people who judged the candidate after selection and commented about the candidates properties and it was same in almost all the cases.It's by virtue of experience .
