Believe me on this which company came first is not important but which company name first registers in the public mind is very important, So effective marketing materials and ad concepts today are mostly information-driven. That is, the business is presented around a single theme in a number of ways that reach the public most effectively. Consumers, both business and personal, are savvier today...so the messages need to display heart, passion and experience.

I completely agree with Abhik on this, just for an example on this The first search engine on the internet platform that came was Alta vista but then Google came which instantly got registered in the minds of the public, So whenever ppl want to search something on the net they always go for google and not to any other site according to me. So this is a very good point made by Abhik, that registering first in the public mind.....

According to me this is the most important way to improve your business that is by word of mouth marketing. This is the oldest marketing tactic believe me it is still the most effective. And that's certainly true in the construction world. Without any influential contacts, we all know that the business is in trouble. So being proactive identifying and targeting strategic partners, And how do we organize our clients and strategic partners to talk about us. If you don't have a plan for this, you need to create one, because increasing referrals is one of the most effective ways of increasing the visibility of the business that you are doing........ |

Frankly what i have found is, there is no proper planning in new firms which are trying to come up. And they merely rely on past relationships, but other than that nothing they plan. But then architects know all very well the pitfalls of failing to plan. And they also realize that they have entered the era of proactive marketing. This consists of setting goals, identifying a target market, developing a niche, tracking competition, and course-correction where needed.
If a new construction firm is following these, then they are in a better shape for the future........ |
