Get noticed , by the work done by you. & learn to self promotion through your friends, & through social websites, where you can get recommendation from them, so that you can do self branding.

As a member of your organisation if you want to get noticed then the foremost thing is that you should be a excellent worker and have a leadership quality there by you can help handling tough decision making at the right time and become a successful person. An organisation needs good and efficient leaders in todays world.

What personality trait gets noticed depends completely on the organization's personality.
In some organizations/department, outspoken nature is cherished, while in other places it is quiet and hard work.
Either one has various traits which one depicts at different places, or one (hopefully) finds an organization more suited to one's personality.

I agree,but the latter is hard to find nowadays.Many of today's companies promote rat race,preferring marketing skills to knowledge based skills which may not suit everybody's personality

Offer them more money, and they continue the cycle by also increasing their spending. This is what I call the Rat Race." so if you are fearless and can be ur self- u will be odd one out and NOTICED

Every one is supposed to do his/her work. Nothing special about it. But in order to outshine others, you havee to be extra-enterprising, and go out of your way to do some works which are expected to be done by your seniors. Say if your boss is not there at work on some day, and he is expected to send some reports, prepare them your self, and ask him if you should send it to next higher ones? Be aware of what is being done in whole of your work unit, so that if much higher bosses want some info, and boss is not available, you are able to brief them. You will be labelled as all-rounder, knowledgeable, reliable, and fit to be in boss'es chair if he is promoted or leaves. |

YOU SHOULD BE INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO IMBIBE WORKING STYLE OF AN ORGANIZATION AND IN THE SAME WAY, SHOULD BE ABLE TO PERFORM ALL SORTS OF TASKS. ESPECIALLY, IF YOU HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SUBJECT, ON THE BASIS OF WHICH YOU GOT SELECTED IN AN ORGANIZATION, I THINK, IT WILL DEFINITELY HELP YOU TO GET NOTICED BY EACH AND EVERYONE. |

There r many more ways to show u at work, its on u of what u show and how. all the people give something new ideas but u can do of what ur mind says, Bcz u will try to do as like people says bt things may goes wrong.
So, try to be as u r, just do ur work with an initiator..
