Take help of family and friends for this. Make them monitor you. set simple limits and do not cross them. Try to live without phone and networking for few days and you will reallise that you just do not need it. |

Hello Ms. Sumitra. I don't think it is a good idea and its going to work with people. I don't know why you call this as addiction and don't know the way that the people use mobiles/internet. As you say if the people addict in mobiles/internet, we have to teach them the importance of technology(mobile/internet) and the way to utilize. I believe this is the best to way to recover the people from addiction.

Yes Ms.Sumitra you are right that it should not addict and very harmful to our life. But i would like to tell that, this addiction will not decrease but it will increase because today's youth are use very widely as refreshment, entertainment, etc. and youth can not able to stop in today's generation. However many articles, story, news, market survey, disadvantages etc are already came in online, news paper etc and still it nformation is coming but you will see that still there is not much any effect. We can stop it, it will assure rise but you might be know in news that day by day no.of users are increse in very high ratio and they spend time a lot also. let see what happen...Thanks for referal

If we get an excess of something, gradually the charm of the thing will wear out and we tend to start losing interest in the same. It is either that or a gradual decrease in the dosage, much similar to any drug therapy.
One thing which I have found effective is when the family gradually starts asking you to do other things and get involved, rather than fighting or ordering you to do the same. Ordering makes the ego rise and you will become more against the idea of leaving things. Let the course takes its natural way.

These gadgets is need of our life but we should not find our happy moment in their virtual world, we have family, friends, nature we can spent our free time with them, if we addict on these devices it can be create feeling of solitude. I think need is something but addiction makes nothing!!!
